Real Madrid 1-1 Real Valladolid

My Buffalo Bills got raped by the Pats today. The Red Sox lost to Tampa Bay while the Yankees won. Now Real can only scramble a draw with Valladolid. What the hell? Sports arent treating me well right now. Roma gave away their lead in the dying minutes to Juve, Lyon tied with Lille and although Arsenal crushed Derby, I was 5/6 today. Didnt check to see if the Red Wings had a preseason game, probably did and lost. Such crap.

I did not watch the game, I was driving back to CT, which is always fun. If your from an area an hour or so from New York City then you probably think nothing of how you drive. If your not from such an area like me, then you think everyone around you are fucking insane and need to learn how to drive/obey the speed limit. Its always a chore to get through CT without loosing your mind with road rage. Anyways, the match reports I read were not good, and unfortunately I will have to defer you to Steve’s liveblog as the best proof of that. But also I have no recap for you, I wont bullshit my way through something I didnt watch. Ive got goals though, and match pictures, those are always good.

The announcer was mighty happy when Valladolid scored, a little to happy. It was a great strike sure, but his reaction was overkill for me. But thats Spain for you.

Guti just needs to do that for a good game. One pass, a brilliant little cut to RVN and the game is salvaged. But from what I heard, and what a Ukranian friend of mine told me, the midfield i.e. Diarra and Guti looked lightweight against Borja. Well no shit, Guti cant fill in for Sneijder, the 2 points in this game were lost due to Schuster’s team selection. Marcelo and Drenthe on the left?!? They got riped to shreads.

Salgao even gets to play?!? He is terrible, we all know this, he cant defend for shit. Robinho in front of him means we have no defense on the wings, and we have only Diarra in the middle of the field, while Cannavaro just looks worse every game and Sergio Ramos is left to clean up shop. Schuster, pull your head out of your ass, and start picking capable players.

Saviola had this to say “We must credit Valladolid for their performance. Just like with Almeria, we must not forget how motivated these clubs are to beat Real Madrid.

This is true, the little guys are always a pain for real. Why is that?
