What Should I Write About?
By: Corey | May 13th, 2008
I Wish Upstate New York/Connecticut Looked Like This
So it is officialy summer for me, which means I have started out a little lazy with posting as I sleep copious amounts and workout like crazy. But I will go back to every-other-day Grapevine posts, and remember everyone, my 1 year anniversary writing here is at the end of June, so be prepared! My question to you is, give me some ideas to write about. Obviously we are the champions, which we are all very pleased about, and if we beat Levante this weekend we will set a new points total for La Liga. That is if Levante’s players show up for the match, which remains to be seen as a strike is in the works.
So besides being the best team in the history of La Liga!!! What else should I write about. Obviously my Grapevine posts will deal with the transfer gossip of the summer which is always entertaining, but I would like to give everyone a weekly editorial post on something. Ideas are most welcome, I think a update on Castilla’s season, a preview of the three young Spaniards coming back to us and a season recap with player evaluations are in the works. But theres so much more to write about, I simply have been resting after a tiring semester and have gotten lazy. So hit me with your best stuff!

Your a New Yorker - what ever happened to that Jozy to RM rumor?
Or even the next targets for RM - look at friggin Chelsea! Invading Portugal 1 day into the transfer season!
Or talk about the unbearable humidity we have to endure on the east coast. and global warming - help or hurting our summer?
=P
Or just talk about what its like to be a champ.

I wouldn’t mind some RM player by player reviews, their overall performance over the season.
Also, I’m interested in the teams that will be promoted next season. Numancia looks like a safe bet, and out of Malaga, Gijon, and Sociedad, two will most likely go through (go Sociedad!). Sporting Gijon and Real Sociedad are no strangers to the Primera, as opposed to Malaga and Numancia (who have 10 Primera seasons between them, though all within the last 10 years - they were both promoted for the first time in the ‘99-’00 season). Anyways, I’d like to know more about these teams, their players and their styles of play, and you (Corey) ever impress me with your knowledge of these clubs/players. It’s a thought, anyhow.
Good to see you posting again!
