Sorry Madrid fans, looks like the bickering between Spanish media giants MediaPro and Sogecable will once again deny us the pleasure of watching Los Merengues on TV (and also Barca). Sky Sports is only carrying two matches this weekend, Bilbao v Zaragoza and Sevilla v Recreativo, hardly the types to have the punters knocking down the doors to subscribe. Hey Rupert, get on the phone down to your cronies in Spain and sort this shit out! We need to watch Los Blancos!
On a higher note, only La Liga matches are affected, so next Tuesday’s Champions League match against Werder Bremen will be broadcast in living colour, and liveblogged by yours truly. Sweet!
