Ok lets run the gauntlet here

Inara: Yes, Bremen are scary opposition, bet they dont have a klose to finish off anything for them, so baring the odd fluke I see this as a Real win.

Chris: Capello does win, and wins alot. But you know thats never good enough for big clubs like Real. In Italy its okay to be dour and boring as long as you win, but not in Spain. I think its a cultural thing.

Greg: Laptops are encouraged, I worked for the schools IT department so I always have mine with me, but this professor wants us to focus on her not our screens as she puts it. Which I say is balls, business decision making with comparitive analysis is easy shit.

Jan: Im glad someone with German league knowledge commented here. I agree that Borowksi is the other major player in the midfield, but he isnt gonna play in this game. Bremen are hard hit by injuries already, so that should lighten the load a bit. ESPN anaylsis is skethcy to me, it isnt precise enough, as with Schulz being listed as a memember of the ideal lineup even though he was released and signed for Hannover as a free agent, and actually got sent off this past weekend for Hannover. Oh well, should be a good game.

ESPN did a rather good job summarising Bremen's current form, though I might add the following:
It's not just all about Frings in the midfield, Tim Borowski is very important to them as well. Both will be missing at least another three weeks before they can return to the squad. Carlos Alberto who was planned to team up with Diego as an attacking midfielder has so far failed to adapt to Bremen's football philosophy and then picked up minor injuries. Currently dealing with a knee injury and won't be playing against Real. Two more key players are missing in their defence. Left and Rightbacks Fritz and Wome will be out injured as well. Their central defenders Naldo/Mertesacker are normally rock solid but were out of rhythm recently as well. Proper assessment of their strikers. They list Schulz in their ideal line up, who has actually been sold to Hannover 96 this summer.

All in all, Real should get three points from this fixture.

All bullshit aside, what the hell kind of institution do you attend where bringing a laptop to class isn't ENCOURAGED at this point?

If Calderon is happy about firing Don Fabio then he is really a lot dumber than we all originally thought. All the guy does is win trophy after trophy after trophy after trophy after trophy....

Regardless of whether it's pretty or he brings cohesive unity, that's the ultimate goal. Joga bonito is not a substitute for winning.

This will be a tight match. Madrid have doing well in Spain, but Bremen are the tough, quick opposition that they hate playing against. Still, Bremen isn't as scary up front anymore now that Klose is gone.
