I agree that Sunday’s game was, once again, very encouraging, but Real still has a long way to go. Specifically, I’d like to see more creativity from our midfield.

Lass’s presence is clearly making a difference, and I’m convinced he’s the best decision for the CL. However, despite what seems to be the common opinion that Lass’s success implies Guti’s exclusion, I’d still like to see how they’d pair up at the center of the park.

Palanca, while not dazzling, showed a lot of promise again, particularly in his vision of the field. Saw open men and moved the ball to them, and was very unselfish in doing so. Good stuff, hope he continues to get his chances.

And concerning ‘Nothing,’ I have to say it’s really upsetting. I don’t like the fact that he seems (regarding his first post) to be taunting by presenting a very biased and, frankly, unintelligent critique of our team (to ignore 3 clean sheets, the noticeably improved balance of the team, and the improved performances overall, and to sum up the change as one good goal from Robben is far from a smart analysis). But I also don’t read this post to hear name calling. Let’s all try to respond with intelligence and class when faced with things we don’t agree with.

Hope the season continues to improve, I like what I’m seeing! Hala Madrid!

Nothing, whether you are I Hate Madrid or not is immaterial, I can look at your IP address and determine who you are. I could care less if you dont like Real Madrid or all of the etc. etc. etc. associated with the team. But keep the talk a little more mild, the lot here is a little sensitive right now as the team is still a bit of a wounded animal.

The Lot- Dont be so aggressive with non-Real fans. What I want to see is constructive responses, some good arguments. Thanks.

Cesar, you left out Sergio Ramos from your player rankings lol. Anyway great game from Real and I was partiicularly impressed by Gago and Lass in the centre of the field. And if at first I wanted Huntelaar enrolled in the UCL, I definetely now believe that Lass will add much more to the team, even if we are short on strikers. HALA MADRID

A great game from Real Madrid , hopefully the team can stay consistent and healthy, and who knows maybe they can win the Champions League this year with Robben the FIFA player of the year. Let us all pray that Robben never gets injured again otherwise it would be a tragedy.
By the way, you guys all have been very harsh, tough and gangbanging on NOTHING. He seems like a nice dude, who is respectful of others despite our differences. So let us agree to disagree without being disagreable, and not create a culture of intolerance and hate.

I really liked our boys today, they played well, and it got really easy after Arjen’s opening goal; I liked everybody, they all played solid football, and Madrid got the 3 points, that’s what counts…

Next two games are at home, against Osasuna and Deportivo, so hopefully we’ll have 6 more points, let’s see how the leaders do in the coming weeks, sooner or later they’ll hit a rough patch, so it’s just a matter of going one game at a time…

Good game by the boys in white today 3rd clean sheet in the row bringing in juande has really improved this team now they need to keep this up and hope the guards of honor slip and if they don’t o well there is always next year
